Research on Foreign Language Voice System Based on Computer Telephony Integration

摘要

CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) is a new technology that is related with Telecommunication and Computer perfectly. CTI has been developed rapidly with the development of both telecommunications and computer technologies. This paper makes a brief introduction to the CTI which is now a very popular technology for foreign language voice, and list other language applications and market applications of the CTI technology.
