摘要

As one of the important storage facilities for petroleum and petrochemical products,storage tanks are widely used by enterprises.With the increase of tank service time,tank deformation becomes one of the safety hazards of tank.The traditional Radian ruler,whole station instrument and other methods are slow to check the speed,it is difficult to meet the needs of the scene.In this paper,three-dimensional laser scanning technique is applied to tank deformation detection,the characteristics of cloud distribution of tank deformation point are analysed,the point cloud"filling hole"is realized by SVM method,and the deformation of tank is evaluated by using point cloud data.The results show that 3D laser scanning technology can effectively detect tank deformation and provide technical support for improving tank risk control ability.
