Proton and Heavy Ion Sensitivity of Commercial Instrumentation and Precision Operational Amplifiers

Commercial operational amplifiers are common components in electronics in a high radiation environment such as for spacecraft. We performed proton and heavy-ion testing of selected commercial instrumentation and precision operational amplifiers. Based on these tests, we present cross section results for single event effects.
