摘要

In order to improve the ship's delivering emergency materials fast and effectively, it is necessary to make a study of the container terminal location-assignment problem. A multi-objective optimization model was developed to minimize the sum of transportation costs, transshipment costs and emergency starting funds, as well as the total time of transportation emergency materials. And an improved genetic algorithm was also proposed to solve the model. Finally, the validity of the model and algorithm was demonstrated by a numerical example.
