Three hundred and seventeen university teachers were surveyed to investigate the impact of work-family conflict on their job burnout, and further to explore the effects of work support to moderate work-family conflict and job burnout. Results show that the levels of teachers' work-family conflict and job burnout are high, and have significant differences among different academic titles and universities. Multiple Regression Analyses find that both work-family conflict and family-work conflict can significantly predict job burnout, and supervisor support and colleague support are supportive resources to ease work-family conflict and job burnout.
