Study on Model and Operational Mechanism of University Library Knowledge Management

摘要

In order to change the traditional university library management mode, toward automated, electronic, digital, network of modern library conversion. This paper start from knowledge management, discussed university library implementation of the feasibility and necessity of knowledge management, and analyses of university librarians in the knowledge management model, Proposed the operational mechanism of the university library knowledge management. The academic value of this paper is the analysis of the real situation on knowledge management and university library, combined by knowledge management and library management, models and strategies of knowledge management in the university library, the formation of systematic theoretical framework and patterns of behaviour framework.
