This chapter discusses and designs synchronization generation and capture circuit, trigger pulse amplification circuit, the generation and phase-shift of trigger pulse, and other key technical issues. Based on the 25 kW experimental platform, all aspects of the trigger circuit have been verified. And some key waveforms have been shown. The experimental results indicate that the designed trigger circuit meets the design requirement, and it has steep leading edge of pulse, high trigger precision, accurate synchronization, modifiable trigger pulse, etc. So far, this trigger circuit has been successfully applied to 25 and 500 kW rectifier device of national defense foundation research project.
