Based on analyzing the advantages and shortcomings among the synchronous control strategies, double-motor synchronous control system based on deviation coupling is proposed in this chapter. Two identical BLDC motors were used as research objectives. The simulation model of synchronous control system was built in MATLAB/Simulink environment. The synchronous control system used intelligent PI controller as a speed compensator. The intelligent PI speed compensator could overcome the disadvantages of the traditional PI controller and make the system achieve high dynamic performance and anti-jamming ability. The simulation results demonstrated the rationality of the system structure and validity of control strategy.
