Analytical Hierarchy Process and Human Plausible Reasoning for Providing Individualised Support in a Mobile Interface

This paper focuses on the combination of Human Plausible Reasoning (HPR) with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for the purposes of a system that provides individualized support to users of a mobile phone. The system is called MobIFM and uses a combination of a HPR with AHP to make hypothesis about users' goals and plans and provide individualized assistance in case a user action is considered as not intended.
