Measurement of repatriate's knowledge transfer in Multinational Corporation

On the basis of literature review, repatriate's knowledge transfer in Multinational Corporation is described from two dimensions of complementary and supplementary, and two components of repatriate's knowledge transfer are put forward and discussed, measurement scale for repatriate's knowledge transfer is designed with method of literature analysis and in-depth interview. Then, empirical study is made based on 160 repatriates in Multinational Corporation, reliability and validity of measurement scale are analyzed through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, and the structure dimension of repatriate's knowledge transfer is explored and validated. The results show that the scale fitting for Chinese local repatriate's knowledge transfer in Multinational Corporation include eight items, and involve two dimensions, which are complementary knowledge transfer and supplementary knowledge transfer.
