With the construction industry becomes more industrialization and internationalization, the disconnection between construction management education and the demand for professional talents in China's construction industry is becoming more and more serious. Construction management education faces new challenges. This paper investigates the demands of construction management industry, and uses the factor analysis method to derive the five most important dimensions of construction management demand for talents: personal quality literacy, professional practical skills, personal career development ability, professional subject knowledge, the basic subject knowledge and application, providing a reference for the improvement of construction management education training objectives, and programs from the perspective of demand side.
