摘要

We have developed a multi-domain modeling framework for investigating mechanical optical clearing effects in biological tissues. Simulation results indicate that the coupled model can predict similar dynamic trends to experimental observations, supporting the hypothesis that interstitial water transport is an important mechanism governing this complex effect.
