High Precision Temperature Converter for Calibration of Thermocouples and Resistance Thermometers

摘要

We have developed the high precision temperature converter for temperature calibration system use. It has good points such as having a reference junction compensation in each channel, and easy transmission of temperature measurement value to the PC by using a serial communication, which is suitable for the temperature calibration application for thermocouple and resistance thermometer with simple configuration. This paper describes the design and performances of the new high precision temperature converter and the input module as its component.
