Based on Stieltjes and Thiele continued fractions, combined with the formula of deficit quotient and generalized barycentric rational interpolation, a new Stieltjes-Thiele mixed rational interpolation with binary barycentric is constructed on the basis of upper triangular mesh, which has the property of interpolation, and a new formula of deficit quotient and error theorem are given. The validity of the new method is verified by numerical experiments.
