These increased learning options will provide flexibility to a variety of learners in a variety of settings. This will help address the attrition expected in the nuclear industry over the next five years. Additionally, showing a flexible, affordable path from the associate degree to a bachelor's degree and beyond will help the workforce retain adult learners who desire continued growth.
