The development of retail trade in low-carbon economy refers to the development of retail trade with the core of energy saving and low carbon. The development of retail trade in low-carbon economy is the requirement for China to realize the objective of low-carbon economy. It is as well the needs for retail trade enterprises to cultivate a new profit growth point and improve its competitiveness power. In order to develop the retail trade in low-carbon economy, this paper sets forth from the following four aspects: the policies, the technologies, the management and the operations.
