Climatic resource is a primary condition of determining agricultural development of area. This paper regards land use pattern as the unit of calculating, utilize the meteorological materials day by day of 1991- 2000 year, and estimates the impact of recent climate fluctuation on potential productivity for crops in Northeast China. The result shows: because the climate has become warm in Northeast crop growing period in the past 10 years (The temperature has increased 2.19°C and the annual precipitation decreased 305.76 mm), the crop potential productivity generally reduced by 6.45% Moreover, the change of the precipitation is the main reason causing the different trends of crop potential productivity in different area.
