摘要

The continuity of the SPOT/VGT and PROBA-V time series is important for a wide range of users. In order to assess the possible extension of the SPOT/VGT - PROBA-V data with Sentinel-3, the consistency between PROBA-V and Sentinel-3 Synergy products is evaluated. This analysis is based on intermediate Sentinel-3 Level 2 synergy products, made available to expert users in 2017. Preliminary consistency checks on S3A_SY_2_VGP and PROBA-V Level 2A shows a relatively good consistency for Blue, Red and NIR, but bad consistency for SWIR, with systematic differences up to 17%, depending on the segment.
