This paper studies the delayed output feedback (DOF) of spacecraft three-axis magnetic attitude control system with actuator delays. By noticing that the linearized system of the magnetic attitude control system is a linear periodic one, the DOF controller is derived for general linear time-varying systems with actuator delays. Compared with other state controllers, the DOF controller only uses the past and present output and input signals, hence the problem that system states can't be measured completely is avoided naturally. For magnetic attitude control system, the time-varying feedback gain is designed under some sufficient and necessary conditions associated with the spacecraft parameters. Simulations are carried out to illuminate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.
