The Study of The Combustion Control System of Biomass Boiler

摘要

This paper aims to solve problems in the combustion process of biomass boiler, such as incomplete combustion and lack concentration of firepower. In the process of production, manual feeding mechanism was changed to automatic feeding device. Fuzzy adaptive PID is used to adjust boiler pressure value in real time. This makes the furnace combustion more full and combustion efficiency improved by adjusting the motor. The study makes the boiler control system have the characteristics of automatic regulation and short adjustment time.
