基于DCS控制器的生物质锅炉燃烧控制系统的设计

     

摘要

In order to improve the robustness of biomass boiler in practical application and the unsatisfactory combustion effect,this paper designs a set of combustion control scheme for birth material boiler based on DCS controller according to the actual situation of a sugar factory.In this design,MCGS configuration software is selected,the communication between MCGS configuration software and MatLab is accomplished through DDE technology,and the control of several main parameters in the combustion control system is completed through MatLab,the lower machine chooses to use Atmega128 Controller,completes the data collection,Upload and other work.The practice proves that the design scheme proposed in this paper can improve the stability of the biomass boiler in the combustion process,and has a certain application value.%为改善生物质锅炉在实际应用中出现的鲁棒性差、燃烧效果不理想等现状,结合某糖厂的实际情况,基于DCS控制器设计了适用于生物质锅炉的燃烧控制方案.上位机选用MCGS组态软件,通过DDE技术完成MCGS组态软件和MatLab之间的通信,并通过MatLab完成了对燃烧控制系统中几个主要参数的控制;下位机选择用Atmega 128作主控制器,完成数据的采集、上传等工作.实践证明,该设计方案可以提高该厂生物质锅炉在燃烧过程中的稳定性,具有一定的应用价值.
