Research on the Assessment Method CBTC Quality of Service in Urban Rail Transit

Fast, on time and large transport capacity, cleaning and other factors make cities gradually increasing demand for urban rail transit, and demand is growing faster than construction speed, so it is necessary to ensure the transport capacity to improve the operations quality of service. At the same time the discretion of the rail transit quality of service affect the choice of rail transit passenger preference. Therefore, from the perspective of the passengers and the system function to evaluate the urban rail transit operation quality of service will be beneficial to improve the operation of rail transit service level, which make rail transit to obtain long-term development. At the same time, there are few researches on the quality of urban rail service quality from the performance of CBTC system and passenger perception. Therefore, this paper proposes the a new idea in order to improve the CBTC quality of service is put forward to determine urban rail transit operation quality of service, which using the Delphi Method and related standards set the CBTC structure, and quality of service index system combined with based on fuzzy decision making trail and evaluation laboratory analytic network process and factor analysis method determine the index weight sorting, and optimize and improve the indicators to achieve the purpose of improving quality of service according to the weight sorting.
