Novel remote control of a droplet by laser has been developed in the present work. The novel method have been used the spatial gradient of the interfacial tension of a droplet induced by laser irradiation and can move droplets of which size are on the order of several hundred μm in liquid system. This system exhibits criticality around room temperature. It is shown that growth and annihilation of the droplets is generated near the region of lase focusing. Interestingly, not only on the generation/annihilation of new microscopic phases, droplet motion is induced by laser. We demonstrate the effective transportation of the droplet above the size of 10μm by the conventional method such as laser trapping.
