We propose a via-less waveguide to microstrip line transitions for automotive millimeter wave radar modules. Multi-stage impedance transformers are adopted for impedance matching and suppression of undesired radiation. In order to overcome output amplitude and phase error due to misalignment of circuit patterns, we add just one pair of stubs to the transition. We demonstrate the proposed transition with the stubs drastically stabilizes output amplitude and phase.
