The purpose was to establish a human femur finite element model for the phenomenon of total hip arthroplasty prosthesis loosening. It compared and analyzed the stress distributions according to different anteversion angles on the femoral head in the case of one single-foot standing. It provided biomechanical basis for clinical hip disorders' treatment and rehabilitation. As a result, In single-foot standing state, the trend on the femoral stress distribution of the three group model (anteversion were 0 ° 10 ° 20 °) were the same. The stress on the femoral head at a normal anteversion angle 10 ° was the minimum. When the anteversion angles deviated from this value, the femoral head stress increased significantly.
