Maintenance modeling based on the economic maintenance costs

With the cost of modern weapons, equipment procurement use and security (OSS) increasing, economic affordability becomes an unavoidable problem. Aerospace, defense departments, the services and other industries increasingly unable to afford such a huge financial even material resources and manpower cost. Based on the equipment maintenance cost estimation on the study, this paper focuses on the costs of equipment maintenance decision-making optimization and analysis and puts forward a kind of equipment maintenance decision-making system framework and the establishment of a mathematical model of the system, also puts forward relatively complete independence. In view of the single equipment system, maintenance decision model based the corresponding condition was established with the lowest cost rate aiming at respective analysis and optimization. The numerical solution of the model and instance validation in this paper proved the effectiveness of model and algorithm.
