It is necessary to consider weld imperfections as dangerous stress raisers which adverselyaffect fatigue limit of weld joints. Under certain conditions weld imperfectionsbecame breakage initiator and can cause product deletion. Only welded joints withoutimperfections are able to service avaibility or only with such a type of imperfectionwhich does not endager the safety of welded structures during the known workingload. One of the representatives of the reinforcing steel bar is steel quality B500B (inaccordance to CSN EN 10027-1). This kind of steel is made by The Trinec Ironworksbellow the mark Bst500S (in accordance to DIN 488-2).
