The traditional drill uses a land wheel to drive seed metering-device. But the wheel bears high resistance and is easy to slip. Moreover, the adjustment of seeding rate in the precise seeding machine is more difficult. To solve these problems, this paper designed a seeding control system which was used in the precise seeding machine. The system used a hall sensor to measure the seeder's working speed on working. Based on SCM, the control system would judge the speed of seeder. And then it determined the relationship between the seeder's working speed and the rotational speed of the seed metering-device according to the seeder's working, distance of seeds and the requirement of sowing rate. The system could reduce the influence of sowing inhomogeneous caused by land wheel's slip effectively. By experiment, the system was reliable and could make the speed of the seed-sowing device and seeder's speed uniformity, improve the uniformity of the amount of seed, and achieve the goal of design.
