The technology trend of IC manufacture during Post Moore's era

摘要

The Post-Moore era implies that the feature size is no longer a single parameter to indicate an advanced technology node, instead, variety of functions and low power consumption become top priority index. Therefore, more innovation must come out in near future to promote the manufacture technology development. In the present paper, the most promising new technologies have been reviewed, i.e. More Moore, More than Moore and Beyond Moore.
