Science and technology awards evaluation is an important part of government's work, the fairness, reasonableness and accuracy of the result have a direct impact on science and technology awards' results. To ensure the justice and reasonable plays an important social function in science and technology awards' work. With the development of artificial intelligence, Agent and Multi-Agent technology have become more sophisticated, its unique mechanism of self-learning and self-inference has been used in a number of transactions and got a good application. This paper discusses the science and technology awards evaluation system based on Multi-Agent technology.
