Design and Realization of Zhejiang Water Environment Information Disclosure System

摘要

In this paper, the current management situation of water environment and the demand of the public for the water environment information disclosure are analyzed which indicates the application of WebGIS in the web publishing and disclosing the water environment information is necessary. Take Zhejiang Province as the example, the functional demands, system design, database development, technology development and other of the water environment information disclosure system are discussed. Based on the ArcServer platform, water environment information disclosure WebGIS is realized, which enables managers to easily evaluate, plan and analyze the water environment, while safeguards the public's right to timely know the water environment information, and achieves the effective management and information disclosure for the water environment information.
