The Design of an evolutionary multiple classifier system (MCS) is a relatively new research area. In the paper,we propose a genetic algorithm (GA) based MCS for microarray data classification. A feature poll was constructed,and then a multi-objective GA to implement ensemble feature selection process was applied. When this GA stops,a set of base classifiers are generated. We test the proposed ensemble methods based on microarray data sets,and the results are compared with those obtained by boosting and bagging. The experimental results show that methods are robust and can lead to promising results.
