摘要

Determination and visualization of flood submergence range are the core links of flood prevention and flood damage assessment, having great importance for the flood prevention and disaster relief department to carry on the plan of flood prevention and disaster reduction. According to the topographic map of Shandong Province, using visualization development language VisualC + +and Arc Engine component library, this paper develops the Flood Submergence 3D Visualization System Based on GIS, deepening the application of 3D GIS in flood submergence analysis, providing reference for flood prevention work to make scientific decision.
