Barrier Analysis of Rural Land Circulation in Xi'an

The land circulation still confronts imperfection of system, faultiness of social security system and little non-agricultural employment opportunities of after the accreditation of legalization system, which can result in weak circulation consciousness of farmers, according to the empirical study. It must advance the construction of central town in countryside, creation chances for non-agricultural employment, composition the social security system of urban and rural harmonious, and enhance management, supervision and guidance of land circulation, which can implement agricultural management scale and promoting development of rural economy by rural land circulation. Construction market mechanism of rural land circulation is effective measure to deal with these problems.
