The Continuous Shaping of Valuing Young talents Training and Creating Vigorous Atmosphere

Training young talents are very concerned about the state enterprises. The potential development of young talents is the key to thriving enterprise. This article explains the theoretical overview of on talents and how to cultivate young talents in new strategic thinking from seven aspects. Such as strengthen the construction of enterprise culture, intensify training dynamics, encourage innovation and strict examination, establish enterprise mechanism of talents training etc. To accelerate the pace of rapid economic development, the improved measure on how to cultivate training of young talents in the business units was studied and analyzed. The method of enterprise innovation and scientific training on young talents was emphasized discussion. At last, the relevant conclusions on young talents cultivation are given.
