Four Flows of Knowledge Communication An extenics oriented knowledge ontology toward wisdom

Based on unity of opposites philosophy the paper reexplores knowledge issue in knowledge management, refreshes concept and reflects previous flaws, and reaches a dialect meta ontology. Knowledge should have both explicit and tacit aspects, and in its extension the author finds the identity and contradiction equilibrium as the basic element of knowledge, not the difference in knowledge type. To stress the tacit aspect the author redevelops the relevant extenics issue and finds the key factors of knowledge extensibility. In this way the author reaches an eight trigrams based ontology that signifies main flows in knowledge communication, to restructure the ideology of wisdom.
