Analysis on Tacit Knowledge Sharing within Enterprise Based on Game Theory

Tbis paper establishes the static game model and the infinitely repeated game model with the Game Theory, analyzing the behavior of tacit knowledge-sharing among enterprise's internal employees and giving the corresponding strategies, which provides a valuable reference for how to implement enterprise's internal knowledge sharing in the future.
