Special agricultural products information have obviously temporal and spatial span. The current WebGIS with its own tools provided mainly rendering in the map which was lack of visual dynamic and dynamic data. We took Beijing urban agriculture information platform as an example to introduce the way of dynamic legend visualization which focused on dynamic visual display of point objects. Dynamic legend focusing on the point object target information display not only could easily identify other information, but also could clearly determine the attribute information represented by point objects dynamic legend. We used the method of classification and grading to perform statistics on the map. Included nearly 40 kinds of beautiful, highly interactive types of statistical thematic charts, the system made the form of charts abundant and visual and met the user's requirements more fully. It generated the feature-map on the client side separately, with the generation of thematic statistical chart formed on the server, and it was a good way to reduce the load of the server, making double the speed of network transmission. So we could use different statistical methods with display way. The paper provides information and technological support for improving special agricultural products management level.
