Currently, private enterprises are the main force in the development of our national economy, but their development is facing problems in many sectors, such as financing, brand construction, independent innovation and sales of products. These problems include not only those brought to the enterprises by drastic changes of macro-economies both at home and abroad, but also those accumulated in the enterprises over their long-term development. In fact, this is a natural phenomenon that happens when an economy develops to a certain stage and needs transformation. To solve these problems requires not only the government to create a good environment to perfect financing mechanism but also the enterprises to enhance their overall abilities and to really transform their development modes.
