摘要

The ZnSe thin films are co-deposited in the ZnSO*, Na2SeO, and sodium citrate acidic solution, and the mechanism of the electrochemical formation of zinc selenide from acidic aqueous solutions based on ultrasonic is explained by the electrode-solution interface action model. Ultrasonic increases the activation energy of the [ZnCit|- and HSeO,' and improves flow field of the solution between electrode and solution interface. The zinc selenide are electrodeposited in zinc sulfate, selenite sodium and sodium citrate acidic solution based on the action of ultrasonic. Finally, the ZnSe thin films have been optical analysed with ultraviolet and visible light spectrophotometer.
