The evolution and new development of global industrial organization form

摘要

The reform of production mode must cause the corresponding changes in cooperation level within enterprise and between enterprises, and then lead to the evolution in industrial organization form. Based on the change path which business mode of production changed from piece production to mass production, and then to mass customization, the paper reveals the basic active thread which industrial organization form evolves from monomers enterprise to vertical integration, and then to vertical disintegration, and puts forward that modular production network being flexibility, dispersity and openness is the best type of network governance which is fit for wide collaboration between enterprises after vertical disintegration of industrial organization under the condition of modular technology.
