Too much new changes have taken place in the human resource management in the enterprises because of the dynamic and complex environment. The development of the enterprises depends on the management of knowledge workers. How to arouse the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of the staff so as to promote their overall development has become the core of the human resource management. The characteristic of the flexible HRM has been anglicized in the paper and facts show that it has become the inevitable trend in the new economic era and brought the enterprises more benefits and promoted their core competition. At last, the strategy of implementing the flexible HRM in the enterprises has been put forward from five aspects as the following such as establishing the flexible organizational structure, designing the job flexibly, making the flexible indicator for performance evaluation, taking the flexible incentive measures and conducting the flexible training.
