The research described above can be summarized as follows: The hydrogen bonds are important factor in these magnetic effect. It is confirmed by exchanging to deuterium water. Also, the effect of alcohols-water mixture to bring the termination of hydrogen bond network of water was studied. In the ref. iii, the authors propose the oxygen clathrates caged by water is formed if dissolved oxygen exists under magnetic field. It should be noted that the deuterium substition effects were negative in their study. Other researchers overlooked it since normal gas hydrates or clathrates exist under rather extreme conditions. Water and other species at interfaces might be the key to solve these problems. Recent efforts by these authors address the direct proof of the existence of the magnetic species at water/solid interfaces. The previous results suggest the adsorbed water and other molecule on metal surfaces have magnetism. Using the modern surface sensitive methods like, SMOKE, we hope to explain magnetism of water.
