On Innovative Training Approach of Radio and Television Professionals under Employment Guidance

Owing to the rapid development of radio and television industry in China, the demand for radio and television professionals keeps increasing in both quantity and quality.Through an analysis of the present human resource structure in China's radio and television industry, this essay holds that in the process of cultivating relevant professionals, proactive exploration can be made in aspects of teaching contents, training approaches and practical application so as to produce a large number of highquality professionals and meet the market demand.
