Behavioral economics becomes a very important: branch of the western economics now. In this paper, to study on the colleges and universities students' join the army, the author adds psychological factors, and proposes an index model of behavioral economics. This model is more agree with the actual behavior than traditional economics, and is validated in real case by using qualitative studies.
