Research on the Customer Risk Combination Weight Assessment of Power Grid Enterprises Based on the Cloud Gravity Center

摘要

This paper describes the impact of the risk of electricity customers' arrears on power grid enterprises,and analyses that correctly evaluating the credit rating of power customers helps the enterprises further enhance their risk management level.The study establishes a reasonable and comprehensive risk assessment index system of power grid enterprise customers,through the analysis of assessing related factors of these customers.In addition,the AHP Method and the Entropy Method are applied to determine the value of indexes' subjective and objective combinational weight,and power grid customers' comprehensive theoretical system of risk assessment is build combined with the Cloud Gravity Center Method.Finally,example calculation shows that the method can well evaluate the risk of power consumers and it provides theoretical basis for power grid enterprises to strengthen the work of risk management.
