Establishment and Empirical Research of Enterprise Leadership Evaluation Model

摘要

On the basis of the achieved study results,the paper puts forward the enterprise leadership evaluation index system,makes questionnaire investigations from three aeronautical enterprises,collects related data,employs the factor analysis,confirms the proportion of every index,and constructs the comprehensive evaluation model of enterprise leadership.Employing the enterprise leadership comprehensive evaluation model,we evaluate the leadership of the three aeronautical enterprises respectively.
