On the Basic Structure of the Enterprise Intelligence Protection System of China Under the New Situation

The significant cases of intelligence disclosure occur from time to time, and intelligence disclosure is closely related with economic corruption of enterprise leader. So the enterprise intelligence protection of China faces a new situation. This paper proposes the basic principles to design the basic structure of the intelligence protection system, analyses the elements of the intelligence protection system. Based on this, the thesis constructs a new system of enterprise intelligence protection.
