Propose a new method for risk management based on study, comparison and peruse the problems of risk management methodologies

Management of risk as one of the issues of management is very significant for all of the organizations. Because of this, various methodologies are defined for analyzing risk and manage them such as CCTA Risk Analysis and Management Method (CRAMM) or Consultative, Objective and Bi-functional Risk Analysis (COBRA) and so on, but these models are not complete. In other words, they have common failures that the study tries to present them in current situation of risk management by investigation on the methodologies and comprise them, then research to propose a new definition of Risk Management and develop it as a new intelligence method. However the findings of this study are important to help organizations toward improving IS/IT Risk Management methodologies by investigation about their current procedure and problems of Risk Analysis. So the information as findings of this paper could be published and more extensive studies could be planned for the future.
