摘要

The setting of traffic control signal was optimized to protect crossing pedestrian. Through analyzing the vehicle arrival characteristic, a delay model of different vehicle arrival characteristics was established. Besides, pedestrian maximum bearable waiting time was calculated by using survival analysis. Under this condition , contrast analyzed the average pedestrian delay under different vehicle arrival characteristics and obtained the critical flow condition of pedestrian signal setting.
